Through movement, she developed resilience, clarity, and a deeper understanding of how structured training can strengthen both the mind and body.That experience quickly led her to pursue teaching and formal training as an instructor.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSince 2016, Tara has spent the last decade guiding real people through transformation. Her training began with a 200-hour Power Vinyasa certification, followed by Yoga Sculpt training. She later completed a 500-hour comprehensive Pilates certification, along with meditation training in India focused on breath and mental discipline, and coaching education through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), later expanding her training to include Barre instruction.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv class=\"multi-column__item  snap-center group\"\u003e\n\u003cdiv class=\"prose text-start\"\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAcross Virginia, Washington, DC, and Chicago, Tara has coached hundreds of students through rehabilitation, life challenges, and the demands of everyday life, solving real physical problems and holding herself accountable for the results.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe work requires precision, experience, and an understanding of how bodies actually adapt to training. That isn’t influence.
