Programming: Hybrid Run & Reform

We program with intention, but we coach the room in front of us. Every class is built on the TFH Method, with instructors who adjust in real time based on the needs of the room.

Our Signature Hybrid programming rotates to ensure structural balance and progress. Every class is a full-body experience, but our rotating daily targets allow for a concentrated focus in specific areas. We push intensity without compromising longevity.

Full Body // Lower Focus

Rotating lower-body focus may include Inner & outer thighs // Quads, hamstrings & calves.

Full Body // Core + Glutes

Center core & obliques paired with targeted glute work.

Full Body // Core + Upper Body

Center core paired with shoulders, back, and arms.

Flow: What to Expect

Every session begins with a choice. Start on either the carriage or the treadmill. Choose your spot in advance in the app.

Intervals:

High-output blocks of up to 17 minutes each.

Transitions:

Each rotation includes a built-in 90-second transition. Built-in time to reset your focus, adjust your equipment, and prepare for the shift in stimulus.

Switch:

Rotate between the carriage and treadmill 3–4 times, depending on the day’s programming.

Result:

A seamless, 55-minute class designed to build deep, fluid strength on the carriage before testing your capacity on the tread. You'll leave feeling stronger, more resilient and more in control than when you walked in.

reformer only

The specs:

50 minutes. Reformer only.

Jump board, EXO chair, and additional props may be incorporated.

Heated and non-heated options available.

Setting:

An intimate, 9-reformer class designed for more attention, precision, and control.

What:

Built to complement RUN & REFORM, our reformer-only classes offer the same full-body TFH method in a more focused format. Without the treadmill, there’s more room to refine movement, deepen the work, and build strength with greater precision.
