The FormeHaus Method

Total Body Hybrid

TFH is a high-output system that merges two powerhouse training modalities into one cohesive method. We’ve stripped away the hype to focus on the raw foundation of human performance, building a body that is harder to break.

Class flows in 3-4, 8-17 minute blocks. Learn more about the "how," under Class Types.

Our Philosophy in Motion

The Powerhouse (Reformer Conditioning) & The Engine (Treadmill Work)

Our method integrates the control of reformer conditioning with the intensity of treadmill intervals. This is a true hybrid: we build an unbreakable core to act as your anchor, then use that strength to drive explosive cardiovascular intervals. This is where strength becomes sustainable, forcing your heart and lungs to adapt to rapid recovery demands.

The Foundation: We work the body through every plane of motion, starting with the foot in your reformer work to identify misalignments and rebuild them. By creating a stronger, more stable center, you unlock the ability to push harder against resistance and move with greater power and fluidity—keeping you strong, capable, and resilient for the long run.

The Objective: Structural Resilience & Internal Longevity

We train for a body that holds up under pressure and over time.

We don't train for a workout. TFH Method optimizes how your body moves, produces, and performs—forging a body that thrives under tension and translates directly to the real world.

Whether you're in a workout or navigating your daily life, we build the strength that shows up everywhere

Internal Longevity

Structural resilience extends beyond the body. Strength and resilience start in the mind.

At The FormeHaus, we intentionally challenge your body and your mind simultaneously. We train you to respond, not react—under pressure, under fatigue, and in motion.

We coach what’s happening in the room. We refine your movement over time.

This isn’t about perfection—there’s no such thing.

It’s about being challenged in the right way, so you move and live better over time.

We believe that happens through real correction in the room rather than surface-level praise, and by challenging your comfort level so you can thrive in discomfort, rather than retreat from it.

Showing up is part of it, but how you show up matters more. It’s being honest with yourself in your practice— where you’re holding back, resisting, or making excuses. Over time, you learn to recognize those patterns—and choose differently.

We believe there’s been a shift in how we relate to discomfort. There’s a growing expectation that everything should feel good—and if it doesn’t, it must be wrong.

But discomfort isn’t the problem. Avoiding it is. We just make sure the ride includes a killer soundtrack and enough dark humor to keep you from taking yourself too seriously.

We’re not here to take away feeling good.

We’re here to help you return to your true baseline—so the joy you build is deeper, more stable, and longer lasting. That’s how you grow. That’s how you thrive.

That’s the internal longevity we build at The FormeHaus.

The result isn’t temporary—it’s lasting—in how you move now and how you’ll move 30 years from now.

A stronger body, a clearer mind, and a more grounded sense of who you are.

That’s our standard.
