CLASS TYPES

The Signature: Run & Reform (Our Bread & Butter) 55 minutes. Hybrid.

TFH hybrid experience that pairs treadmill conditioning with reformer strength training. You'll alternate between controlled running, incline walking, and carriage work to build endurance, improve biomechanics, and boost cardiovascular resilience.

At the center of it all is core strength—the powerhouse of the body. We use the reformer to find deep stabilization and build functional tension, ensuring every move you make is supported by a rock-solid foundation.

The Flow: What to Expect

Pick Your Starting Point: Every session begins with a choice. You’ll start your work either on the Carriage or the Treadmill. Pick your spot before class in our app.

The Intervals: You’ll navigate high-output blocks of up to 17 minutes in each block.

The Transition: Each rotation includes a built-in 90-second transition. This is intentional time to reset your focus, adjust your equipment, and prepare for the shift in stimulus.

The Switch: Depending on the day’s programming, you will rotate between the Carriage and the Treadmill three to four times.

The Result: A seamless, 55-minute session designed to build deep, fluid strength on the carriage before testing your capacity on the tread. You leave feeling limber, resilient, and stronger than when you walked in.

The Programming: Signature Hybrid Focus

We don’t believe in random acts of fitness. Our Signature Hybrid programming rotates to ensure structural balance and progress. Every class is a full-body experience, but our rotating daily targets allow for a concentrated focus on specific areas. We will take muscles to failure, but we don’t believe in burnout.

Full-Body: Lower Focus: Deep glute and lower body integration for powerful mechanics.

Full-Body: Abs & Ass: High-intensity core work paired with targeted glute strength.

Full-Body: Abs & Ass: Upper-Body: Core-centric work focused on posture and upper-body resilience.

 

Reformer Only

TFH SCULPT

50 minutes. Carriage only. Non-heated.

The definitive full-body reformer experience. SCULPT focuses on deep muscle integration and structural alignment without the added variable of heat. You’ll move through 50 minutes of intentional, high-tension work designed to build a stronger body that will work for you now—and 30 years from now.

TFH HEAT

50 minutes. Carriage only. Heated.

A high-output, full-body session that utilizes heat to increase muscle elasticity and metabolic demand. By adding a thermal variable, we deepen the challenge of every movement on the carriage—accelerating recovery and forcing a higher level of internal focus.
