The foundation of TFH: Treadmill Conditioning + Reformer Strength
55 minutes. Hybrid.
A hybrid class that pairs treadmill intervals with reformer Pilates. You'll move between controlled running, incline walking, and carriage work to build endurance, improve mechanics, and develop real strength that won't break you over time. At the center of it all is core strength. You'll build deep stabilization with functional tension, ensuring every move you make is supported by a rock-solid foundation.
The Flow: What to Expect
Pick Your Starting Point: Start on either the carriage or the treadmill. Choose your spot in advance.
Intervals: High-output blocks of up to 17 minutes.
Transitions: 90-second resets to adjust, refocus, and prepare.
The Switch: Rotate between the Carriage and Treadmill 3-4 times.
The Result: A seamless, 55-minute class that leaves you feeling limber, resilient, and stronger than when you walked in.
The Programming: Signature Hybrid Focus
We don’t believe in random acts of fitness. Our Signature Hybrid programming rotates to ensure structural balance and progress. Every class is a full-body experience, but our programming allows for a concentrated focus on specific areas. We train with intention-pushing intensity without compromising longevity.
